The Eee Slate B121 delivers an unprecedented combination of power, portability and security features, making tablet computing a new option for businesses, health care facilities, and other institutions.

An Intel Core i5-470UM processor and a Windows 7 Professional operating system provide PC performance (and a familiar computing environment) in a portable tablet form factor. Thanks to the ultra-low voltage Intel Core i5 processor, the slate is able to maintain a thin .67" profile and weighs only 1162g.

The slate features a 12.1" 1280 x 800, LED-backlit multi-touch display built with durable Corning® Gorilla® Glass. The display supports a 178 degree wide viewing angle for when multiple people want to view one document. Users can output content to a large external display to share presentations with colleagues via the slate's mini HDMI port.
