The Socket Rugged CF 10/100 card transforms when and where you can access the Internet or your office network. Instead of connecting only from your desktop computer, now you have the freedom to connect from
a conference room or anywhere on the corporate network. Want to connect from your hotel room or at the airport? You now have the option wherever Ethernet ports are available.
ActiveSync quickly and easily with the Rugged CF 10/100 card from Socket. Synchronize your files, email, calendar and contacts at 10 Mbps — that’s 500 times faster than Pocket PC serial ports, which run at only 19.2 kbps. Dramatically reduce the time it takes to install software, transfer large multimedia or GPS map files, or back-up or restore your device. Plus, with the Socket special Ethernet software for Windows Mobile, you can configure your device to automatically start synchronizing data whenever you insert the card.
The Socket CompactFlash Type I card work in Type I and II CF slots of Pocket PC. The ultra thin Type I form factor also fits into a standard PC Card adapter, so you can use it in the PC Card slot of compatible Windows Mobile devices. Additionally, because the Socket card can use either 3.3 or 5 volt supplies, it’s the world’s first universal mobile Ethernet adapter.
